These terms govern your use of RUSHERLINE (the "game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. The game

RUSHERLINE is provided free of charge for personal entertainment. It requires no account; an anonymous identity is created automatically so your rating can persist (see the Privacy Policy). Whoever holds that identity token on a device is treated as that player; keep your device secure.

The game, its name, code, and artwork are © 2026 the RUSHERLINE author and protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works without permission. The game uses third-party open-source components under their own licenses (see attributions).

4. Advertising

The game is supported by advertising. Ads are non-personalized (contextual) and provided by third-party ad networks; your use of the game includes the display of such ads. We do not control the specific ads shown beyond requiring them to be non-personalized. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Availability

The game is offered "as is" and "as available". It may be unavailable, reset, or changed at any time without notice. Ratings, rankings, and anonymous identities may be reset (for example, during a server or domain migration).

6. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. The game is free, and your use of it is at your own risk.

We may update these terms as the game evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
